SHIPPING POLICY

At Hyren.co, we understand the importance of delivering your products promptly and securely. To achieve this, we collaborate with reputable domestic and international courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex, and others to ensure the seamless delivery of all orders.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Charges: Hyren offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD). For orders from outside India, additional shipping fees are charged per kilogram, and the total shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout.

Tax and duties: Please be aware that many countries impose varying import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. All such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Therefore, it is advisable to check your country’s tax policies before placing an international order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.

Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 15-20 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch both domestic and international orders.

There may be an additional 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to high order volumes during peak seasons, festivals, and occasionally due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team will inform you about the delay via email or phone.

Receiving Order Guidelines: Since we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we kindly request you to record a video and capture images of the same and not accept the order. You can email all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use them to resolve the issue for you promptly and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Process: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system initiates the processing of your order. After the order is processed, and your outfit(s) are ready from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) undergo multi-level quality checks. Your item is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After dispatch, a unique tracking identity number is sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

PAYMENT POLICY

Prepaid & COD Orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, you can email your cancellation request to us at info@hyren.co or call us on our customer support number, +91-8299305677 from Monday to Saturday (10:00 am till 6:00 pm).

Payment Options: We offer multiple payment options, including major debit and credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets, and UPI. We also provide a Cash on Delivery option for domestic orders, with a maximum order value of ₹10,000.

For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept on bank transfer(company account only).
